Your my360plus dashboard
You can access my360plus on your smartphone, laptop or tablet, so it’s easy and convenient. On your dashboard you’ll find your my360plus report with clear explanations and ideas that you can turn into actionable development goals. You’ll understand the my360plus approach and there’s plenty of help and support available too. The free-text feedback from people who have your best interests at heart help you gain insight into how others see you, too, which means your relationships will improve as a result of the actions you take.
You can access my360plus on your smartphone, laptop or tablet, so it’s easy and convenient.
Some other features on your dashboard include: messages and reminders, a help section; your own full report (if you’ve completed your self-assessment and your nominees have all responded) and an area to explore and achieve your own development goals.
